Google Android Phones
Customers of ONE may have noticed recently that we’ve been offering Android Mobile Phones through our handset store.
The first question most customers ask is “What is Android?“, so this article helps explain what Android is, and why it’s so good.
Android is essentially the software that runs many of today’s new smart phones, and is in use by some of the best mobile phone makers in the world, including LG, HTC, Samsung, Motorola, Sony Ericsson and more.

Gmail integration is amazing for business users, or anyone who frequently uses, and likes access to their email on the go.
Aside from all the Great Google based features, you have access to Social networking, including Facebook, twitter and more, with all of your unified messaging in one place, and there are loads of great free and paid applications available in the Android market place.
Android is one of the fastest growing mobile platforms, overtaking iPhone’s IOS, and even Nokia have bowed out of the operating system game, conceding it’s Symbian operating system will not be the mobile phone platform of the future, instead entering a partnership with Microsoft to deliver Windows based mobile phones.

Apple Announce iPhone 4.0
Apple Inc, the creator of one of the world’s most popular smart phones, the iPhone, have announced the launch of iPhone 4.0
Not needing any introduction as one of the most fun and easy-to-use phones on the market, with a plethora of features, the new iPhone 4.0 Operating System provides some of the following new functions:
Multi-tasking. Upgraded software allow newer iPhones to run multiple applications at once, where previously users could only do one thing at a time, before needing to shut-down and re-launch a new application. Power users and IPhone fans will be most pleased with this.
Improved Email. Consolidated inbox for multiple email addresses and identities make it easier to sort through all your email on one screen.
Improved photos. with a 5x digital zoon in camera
IBooks. for the growing popularity in Ebooks, which can be purchased through Apples iBook store.
IAds. for those who enjoy advertising in the phones. This is going to be a lucrative market for online advertisers.
The iPhone OS 4.0 is reportedly backwards compatible on IPhone 3G and 3GS, but in order to use the Multitasking features, users will require a 3GS.
